Delwynne Dwyer is an Australian artist who has been painting since she could first hold a brush. She studied Fine Arts in the U.S.A. and was the recipient of an international award while living there for seven years with her husband. She served as a member of the Board of Directors of the San Diego Watercolor Society.

Delwynne's teaching experiences extends from Spokane Washington and San Diego to the Queensland Watercolour Society. In her own Art School in Brisbane for five years, Delwynne taught adult and childrens' classes.

Recently Delwynne was one of five artists who designed and created mosaics for the city of Childers streetscaping project.
Now she enjoys instructing guests and students in both painting and mosaic techniques in her beachside studio in Woodgate Beach.
