The sporting ground behind the Bowling Club is the place to see kangaroos most afternoons. Be careful, these are wild animals and should be treated with respect.

• World Heritage listed Fraser Island - The Worlds largest Sand island, with its stunning rainforest, freshwater lakes and streams.
• Local Sugar cane farming,The world famous Bundaberg Rum Distillery in nearby regional City of Bundaberg, just 40 minutes away or 25 minutes to Historic Childers on the Bruce Highway.

Tennis Courts

Bowls are available at the club. Phone 4126 8880 to register. Tennis courts are located behind the Community Hall.
